Booking & Payment
How far in advance should I book?
Most clients book at least 1 month in advance. My regular clients typically book 3–6 months ahead, especially during peak travel seasons like summer holidays, Christmas, and Easter. Early booking ensures your preferred pickup time and guarantees availability.

When do I need to pay?
Full payment is required 48 hours before your journey. I'll send you a secure SumUp payment link via email.
For return bookings (e.g., airport drop-off and pickup), both trips are charged together before your first journey.
What is your cancellation policy?

Do you offer discounts for regular customers?
I don't operate a formal discount or loyalty programme. My pricing is competitive and transparent from the start, ensuring every client receives the same high standard of service and fair rates.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
All airport pickups include complimentary flight monitoring. I track your flight in real-time and adjust the pickup time automatically for delays or early arrivals—at no extra charge.
You don't need to contact me if your flight is delayed. I'll be there when you land.
What happens if my flight arrives early?
No problem. I monitor all incoming flights and adjust pickup times accordingly. If your flight lands early, I'll be ready and waiting for you.
Do you provide a meet and greet service?
Yes, for airport pickups I offer a meet and greet service. I'll be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name board, ready to assist with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle.
How much luggage can I bring?
The Mercedes E-Class comfortably accommodates up to 4 passengers with 2 large suitcases. If you have additional or oversized luggage, please let me know when booking so I can make arrangements.
Can you accommodate child car seats?
I don't provide child car seats. If you're travelling with young children, you're welcome to bring and fit your own car seat. However, I rarely transport children—most of my clients are business travellers or couples.
